Old Business
Pine City Chamber Christmas Carol Parade on Friday eve, December 4, 2009: Marv Monster brought a reindeer head and said he had a total of 8 and needed 8 volunteers to pull a sleigh for the Club’s entry in the parade. Several members volunteered to do this. They will meet at 5:30 and set the heads on their atv’s at the Vo-Tech parking lot. The parade will make it’s way from there down to Pizza Pub for the tree lighting event of the night.
G-I-A proposals have been figured out and turned in to the DNR.
 

New Business
Help needed to clean up the Chengwatana trails and area.
ATVAM Summit will be held on January 9, 2010 at Michael’s in St. Cloud, MN.
Paul J. brought a proposed county roads riding map for atv’s with areas marked as usable and members added a few more that might be approved for use. The map will be taken to the County Board meeting for review.
Radar Run dates are set: January 23, 2010 and February 20, 2010.
Discussion of a safe-deposit box for important paperwork. It was decided that a 3x10 would be rented at $25.00 per year. Motion to accept by Hank D. and seconded by Marvin; approved by all.
Discussion of setting up a Search & Rescue team to help with lost or missing people. The Club will set up a calling tree for this purpose. Those that wish to be on such a list, please sign up.
 

Upcoming Events, Rides & Work Dates
Tuesday, January 5, 2010: ATV Club Board & Membership meeting @ Snowmobile clubrooms in Beroun. Board meets at 6:00 p.m., General Membership meets at 7:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 9, 2010: Membership Potluck Gathering at the Snowmobile clubrooms in Beroun to start at 11:00 a.m. or thereabouts.
Saturday, January 23, 2010: Radar Run at Maverick’s in Beroun. More info to follow.
Tuesday, February 2, 2010: ATV Club Board & General Membership meeting @ Snowmobile clubrooms in Beroun. Board meets at 6:00 p.m., General Membership meets at 7:00 p.m.
