Old Business: Radar Runs will be
discussed at the January meeting. If you
are interested in having a radar run please make sure you are there! Clean up in Chengwatana will be priority in
the spring. The new flag will be ready
to go up in the Flames Building at the Holiday Party meeting.
New Business: Radar Runs are
tabled until the next meeting (January 8th).
The Holiday Party will be January 8th
at 1:00 pm. The Club will supply the
meat, dinner rolls, and pop with the rest being pot luck. Set up for the party at noon for anyone that
would like to help. Meeting will start at 1:00 with party to follow. A budget of $200.00 was set for the Holiday party
expenses.
Motion made Dave Secord and seconded by Wayne
Secord.
A motion
made by Rose Secord to Donation to the Pine City Food Shelve was suggested for $200.00
and second by Dave Secord.
Upcoming Rides: NO rides are planned at this time due to
hunting season and upcoming cold weather.
Next meeting: January 8, 2012 Everyone welcome. Holiday Pot Luck party!
