Old Business
The Pine City Christmas Carol Parade was a lot of fun!
Thanks to Wayne & Rose Secord for going out to Chengwatana and cleaning up after
all the shooters decided to leave a mess. The MNDNR is possibly considering
closing the area for a while to try and help stop the problem.
ATV Shoulder Riding proposition is still in the workings. More info will come as
is received.
The Club now has a safe deposit box for important papers and items. The Club
secretary and Deb Peterson each have a key.
NOTE!! The date for the radar run out at Mavericks’ for January
has been changed!! The new date is:
Saturday, January 30, 2010! Starting time

New Business
Brad from the Snowmobile Club will take the trailgroomer down to
Maverick’s and work the track.
The Club snack shack will be used for sign up purposes for the upcoming lawn
mower races.
The Club dues for the Pine City Chamber of Commerce will be renewed. Les B. made
the motion and Terry P. seconded.
Reminder of the upcoming Volunteer Appreciation Party on Saturday, January 9,
2010 at 11:00 a.m.
Budget for the above party: $200.00. Motion by Kim W. & seconded by Deb P.,
approved.
Budget for January Radar Run: $350.00. Motion by Brett P. & seconded by Kim W.
Butch Nicoll has offered to come to a Club meeting to discuss the selling of
pull tabs now that the Club is 501c3 certified. Try and get him for February
meeting.
Terry has sent a request out for volunteers to come to Mavericks’ on Saturday,
January 23rd at 9:00 a.m. to help plow out areas to be used as parking lots for the Radar Run.
