Secretary’s Report for Meeting on January
4, 2011
Called to order.
Pledge of Allegiance.
Secretary’s report and Treasurer’s report given:
Motion to approve and accept by David Secord & seconded by Hank Daniels .
Old Business
Holiday Parade was fun. The club took second place! $25 in chamber bucks certificate was the
prize. The bucks were drawn for at the
meeting. The winner was Hank
Daniels. Way to go Hank!!!

New Business
January 22nd
is the Radar Run at Mavericks-East of Beroun.
Registration
starting at 9:00 am runs to start at 9:30 am. Help is always welcome. Talked
about renting radios for the radar run for $123.00 – they were ordered and will
be here by the radar run on the 22nd. Motion set for radar run budget of $600.00 to
cover advertising, food and the radio rental.
Motion
made by Scott Cornelius and seconded by Deb Peterson.
Ads will be put in the Pioneer and
the Scotsman for two weeks. Jenny
Mansavage will take care of this. Thanks

Radar gun… Hiedi will try to get a hold
of the new sheriff to see if radar gun can be used. If not, we set a budget for $2oo to buy one.

Update on DNR- papers are all turned
in, hope to hear more in a month or so.
Still trying to get a hold of Les
Bloom to get boards for the radar run, if anyone see or talks to him please
mention it to him.

Road ordinance is to be discussed at
next County Commissioners meeting.
