Secretary’s report read motion by David Secord to approve and seconded. Treasurers report: estimate given, motion by Janelle Secord to approve as given and seconded.
Old Business
Impromptu trail ride on Friday eve,
May 23rd out to
NEEDED! 3 or 4 volunteers to sell
food in the Snack Shack up at the Fall Convention out by the ATV Pull site. Check
with Terry Peterson @ 320-629-6510.
ATV Pull and Mud Run on June 21st at Maverick’s were discussed. There is a need for help with setting up the orange fence, Snack Shack and whatever else out there on Friday, June 20th in the evening. Contact Terry Peterson @ 320-629-6510 to find out what time.
Hank Daniels gave us an
up-to-the-minute account on where the 501c3 paperwork stands. Les Bloom and Terry
Peterson mentioned that there is A LOT of paperwork yet to be done and
that it would be really great if more of the Club members could get involved
and help out with some of it. Contact any one of the three guys to see if there
isn’t something that you can do.
Reminder that ATVAM 50/50 raffle
tickets are available through Scott Jahnz @ 320-629-1174.
New Business
Terry Peterson asked if it would be
feasible to advertise the Club ATV Pull & Mud Run event for June 21st
over the local radio station a few times in the next couple of weeks. He gave
the approximate charges for 30 second ads on the FM and on the AM station and
suggested that the Club Sponsors could be listed at the end of the ad. Motion
by David Secord that the Club should go ahead and do the ads. Seconded
and approved
Elections are at the July meeting! Nominations will be accepted that evening, also.

If you know of someone or would
like to take on a position yourself, PLEASE call one of the Officers. It’s true
- - - ALL of the Officers and Board members, past and present, have done A LOT
of work for the Club, but there’s still a lot to be done. It would be really
great if more members would step forward and help out. It has been discussed
that the member’s dues may need to be changed to reflect separate rates for
those that help out and for those that don’t.
