Old Business
Road-Use Proposal: it’s a "hurry up and wait" now. ATV accident reports for ‘07 & ‘08 given by Mark Mansavage. Reported that you can ride an ATV on the streets of in-town Pine City as long as you ride responsibly & within the speed limits.
Nominations: Les Bloom accepted the position of ATVAM Rep. No further nominations were brought forth, therefore a motion was made by Tammy Nordahl & seconded by Wayne S. that nominations be closed and those nominated for positions be accepted as Officers and Directors of the Club. Approved by all present.

New Business
President Terry told of all the new ways of advertising for the Club events that are now available to use.
Discussion of ATV Pull & Obstacle Course event to be held on Saturday, June 20, 2009 at Maverick’s east of Beroun. Wayne Secord was asked if he would make the trophies for the Obstacle Course winners and he accepted.
Budget was set at $500 for expenses out at the event at Maverick’s.
Budget was set at $700 for the expenses up at the Duquette Day ATV pull.
A committee was formed to get donations for the trophies and other prizes ,too: Brett P. and Les B. will co-chair. If anyone knows of a business that would like to help sponsor these events, let one of them know, please.
An advertising committee was formed to work both upcoming events.
Sweatshirts will be ordered by Deb P. with a budget of $300. If anyone wants one, get in touch with her @ 320-629-6510. There are several colors available.
The cost of the Club website is due. Motion by Terry P. and seconded by Brett P. to pay the bill; all approved.
Budget of $300 for steel posts for signs out in Chengwatana was approved. These will be put up on Saturday, June 27.
Suggestion to get a $50 gift certificate for Wings North and present it to Bob Jones for all the work he provided out at Maverick’s in getting the Obstacle Course and Pull track ready made by Les Bloom and seconded by Paul Janssen; approved.

Saturday, June 13^th: ATVAM’s Longest ATV Parade attempt in Silver Bay, MN
Saturday, June 20^th: Pine Riders ATV Club ATV Pull & Obstacle Course @ Maverick’s east of Beroun, MN. Registration starts @ 9:00 a.m., Pull starts @ 11:00 a.m.
Saturday, June 27^th: Club ride & Clean-up in St Croix. Meet in Tobies parking lot @ 9:00 a.m.
Tuesday, July 7^th: Board meeting @ 6:00 p.m. & General Membership meeting @ 7:00 p.m. in Beroun
Saturday, July 11^th: Duquette Day and Club overnight camp-out and a potluck meal. Registration starts @ 9:00 a.m., so volunteers will need to be there before that to set up.
Friday, July 17^th: Evening Club ride in Chengwatana. Meet at new parking lot with seedlings planted @ 6:00 p.m.
July 29^th thru August 2^nd: Pine County Fair. Club Booth will be set up & members are always welcome to help out when they can. Club will have a float to pull in the parade - building of float will be @ 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25^th at Terry & Deb Peterson’s ranch: call 320-629-6510 for directions. ATV Pull will be on Sunday @ 12:00 noon. Help will be needed.
Tuesday, August 4^th: Board meeting @ 6:00 p.m. & General Membership meeting @ 7:00 p.m. in Beroun.
August 7^th & August 8^th: possible Club camp-out & ride at St Croix Haven Campground east of Hinckley. More info to follow.
Tuesday, September 1^st: Board meeting @ 6:00 p.m. & General Membership meeting @ 7:00 p.m in Beroun.
Saturday, September 12^th: Club ride in Wisconsin. More info later.
