Meeting called to order

Old Business
ATV Youth Training class: 7 youth attended and received certificates.
Another class will be held this fall.
There are no more holes coming into the St Croix State Forest parking area
thanks to the gravel ordered from Hopkins Sand & Gravel out of Beroun and to
those members who filled in those holes.
Tree planting in Chengwatana went really well. THANKS to all who helped plant
approximately 400 or so trees! Also to those who picked up all the copper shell
casings!
Thanks to those who helped plant the approximately 150 trees up at Willow River,
too.
Walkie-talkies were purchased from Gander Mountain.
Ditch Clean-up will be done on Saturday, May 16th, 2009. Meet at the
Cross Lake dam parking lot at 9:00 a.m.
3 First Aid kits were purchased and delivered.
New Business
Road-Use Proposal was discussed at length. Some other County proposals
were compared and points considered for use in our proposal.

above, please let a fellow member know so that you can get on the ballot.
Elections will be at the July 7, 2009 Club meeting with the new officials taking
over at that time.
Member-of-the-Month: Janelle & David Secord for being able to come
up and attend the meeting tonight.
Rides & Dates
Saturday, May 16th: Ditch Clean-up. Meet at the Cross Lake
dam parking lot @ 9:00 a.m.
Friday, May 29th: Evening ride & clean-up out at Chengwatana. Meet at
the parking lot @ 6:00 p.m. Contact Terry P. at 320-629-6510 if further info is
needed.
Tuesday, June 2nd: Board meeting @ 6:00 p.m. & General Membership
meeting @ 7:00 p.m. in Beroun
Saturday, June 13th: ATVAM’s Longest ATV Parade attempt in Silver
Bay, MN. See ATVAM website
Saturday, June 20th: Pine Riders ATV Event @ Maverick’s east of
Beroun
Saturday, June 27th: Club ride & Clean-up in St Croix. Meet in Tobies
parking lot @ 9:00 a.m.
Saturday, July 11th: Duquette Days and Club overnight camp out.
July 29th thru August 2nd: Pine County Fair. Club booth
will be set up & members are always welcome to help out when they can. ATV Pull
will be held on Sunday, August 2nd at 12:00 noon. Help will be
needed.
Friday eve August 7th & Saturday, August 8th: possible
Club camp out & ride at St Croix Haven Campground east of Hinckley. More info to
come.
Saturday, September 12th: Club ride in Wisconsin. More info later.
