Call to Order at 7:05 p.m.
Pledge of Allegiance
Minutes from April 6, 2010 meeting read; motion to accept by Hank and seconded by Janelle.
Treasurers report read; motion to accept by Hank and seconded by Deb.
Guest speakers Jane Robbins and Christy Koch gave a presentation of the new expansion project for the Pine City Public Library. A sizable donation has been offered but the community has to raise matching funds for it to be completed. Motion by Deb to donate part of the proceeds from the Pine County Fair ATV Pull event towards the Library Expansion Fund, seconded by Dave S.; approved.

Old Business
Ditch Clean-up got rained out. Will do an extra good job this fall.
G-I-A paperwork had to be re-submitted to the DNR due to higher rates available.
Roy says all is ready for the ATV Pull up at Duquette on July 10, 2010.
Road Ordinance is closer to being decided on. We should know a definite decision very soon.
Youth ATV Training class will be on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at Wings North, starting at 9:00 a.m. If you can help, call Les at 320-629-3770.

New Business
Roy has offered to put Pine Riders ATV Club up on Facebook.
Deb P is looking for help on Saturday, May 22 and Sunday, May 23, 2010 at a Youth Expo in Hugo. If you can give her a hand and sit with her during the hours of 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and/or 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, give her a call at 320-629-6510.
Request to purchase a horizontal Club banner for future events. Motion to spend up to $150.00 by Marvin and seconded by Hank; approved.
Request to pay the $25.00 entrance fee for the Pine County Fair Parade. Motion to pay by Deb and seconded by Brett; approved.
Chengwatana repairs needed. Discussion of setting up a special area for shooters to use, possibly a berm around the area with targets to use, a gate to keep them out of the area if possible, etc.
June 5, 2010 will be Trail Days. The Club will take the Snack Shack up to St. Croix and hand out lemonade, hot dogs, maps, rules & regulations booklets, etc. Motion to spend $200.00 on supplies by Deb and seconded by Karen; approved.
Discussion of doing an outdoor toilet in Chengwatana parking area was decided. Motion by Scott to spend up to $8000.00, seconded by Deb; approved. A lot of this will be reimbursed through G-I-A funds.
Chengwatana needs some major clean-up! Shooters have made a mess! Clean-up date will be Tuesday eve, May 25, 2010. Meet at the Red Horse (north) parking lot at 6:30 p.m.
Reminder that next meeting will be Tuesday, June 1, 2010.
