Secretary's Report for October 5, 2010

Old Business:
Discussed youth training. Everything went great. Reminder in spring to contact DNR website to inform of upcoming class at least 6 weeks in advance. Looking to get a few more instructors signed up.
Reminder of Chengwatana repair day on Saturday, October 9th. Meet in parking lot at 8 am, cement to be delivered at 9.
Poker run was a success. There were 20 riders. Everyone had a great time! Winner of the pot, Al Krantz. Motion made by Scott Cornelius and seconded by Scott Benson.
New Business:
Ditch clean-up to be done on October 16th. Meet at the dam parking lot at 10, cancelled if raining.
Radar runs to be set in November.
Holiday parade is coming soon. Need to get a theme planned. Any ideas? Bring them to the next meeting.

The December Holiday Potluck will be held on the night of the December 7th meeting. Join us for the meeting, potluck and fun! Meeting will start at 5:30. Hope to see you there!!!!
November meeting will be on Novemeber 9th due to elections on the 2nd. Motion made by Dave Secord, seconded by Lois Cornelius.
Upcoming dates and rides were set. None at this time.
