Profit totals from Duquette Day & a request to do it next year. Motion by Jigger to accept; seconded by Wayne S.; approved.
We will need a MINIMUM of 24 people to help with the atv pull events from now on. PLEASE HELP OUT!!

New Business
Wayne & Rose learned of damage to new bridge out in Chengwatana & repaired it. More boards and reinforcements will be needed next year. Possibly more "Caution" or "Slow" signs might help.
Club Ditch Clean-Up date has been set - Saturday, October 10, 2009. Meet at the Cross Lake dam parking lot at 9:00 a.m.
Wayne & Rose will lead a Club ride up at the Red Top Trail on Saturday, September 12, 2009. Anyone wishing to join, please meet at the Pine City McDonald’s parking lot - leaving at 9:00 a.m. Bring a bag lunch. If you need more information contact any Club officer or Board member.
Wayne & Rose will set a date & time for a clean-up out at St. Croix and call members for assistance.
Chengwatana Club Day with a potluck meal will be on Saturday, September 26, 2009. Please meet at Maverick’s east of Beroun at 9:00 a.m. and join the ride from there.
Terry Peterson will check out new quote for Club insurance.
Deb Peterson discussed a chance for the Club to get in on some great advertising in the local newspaper and advertiser for next year.
Discussion of getting together to work on track out at Maverick’s - tabled until October meeting.
Mark & Jenny Mansavage will lead a Club ride out at St Croix on Saturday, October 17, 2009. More info next month.
