Old Business

County Fair:

     Booth –Thank you to Rose and Wayne for all the time and effort they provided to make sure that our clubs booth was taken care of.      The Secord’s sold 504 raffle tickets, $504 which goes in the clubs pocket, and $299 in shirts, hats and other club items.

     Parade – They were about 48 people that rode in the parade. Thanks to those that really helps get our name out there and shows other people that our club has participating members.

     Bingo – We do not know how much we made at the bingo yet. That will follow soon.

ATV Pull/Mud Run – We have temporarily set the date for Sept. 29^th at Mavericks. We will get you more information soon.

Youth ATV Training – We have set the date for Oct. 13^th at the Pine City Legion.

Horse Show – A few of the members will be working the horse show in Pine City on Sat. the 11^th. We will let you know how it turns out.

2008 Convention – We have entered our bid along with four other clubs. We hope to have an answer at the 2007 Fall Convention in September.

New Business

Chengwatana Clean Up – Some of the members want to have a clean up day. If you would like to join them meet at the Chengwatana Town Hall at 9 a.m. on August 26^th.

Trail Committee – The club has set up a trail committee, these members are; Mike Devine (651) 492-1283; Rudy Schmidt (629) 629-7196; and Josh Mohr (320) 629-7869. If you do any trail work please contact one of these guys for the paper work for our club to get reimbursed with our Grant-in-Aide.

Website – The club now has website, www.pineridersatv.com ; check it out. We will start posting the newsletter and other upcoming information. The club has also checking into a prepaid cell phone for different board members to carry. It is also for the club to have permanent contact number to put on flyers, member forms, and business cards.
