Old Business

2008 Convention – September 6th & 7th will be a set up weekend up in Onamia. If you would like to help the club get everything ready to the next weekend. Please call Rudy and tell him if you can help. If you can help the weekend of the convention, September 13th & 14th, also tell Rudy (320) 629-7196.

 

Youth Training – There is another 14 certified youth ATV Drivers out there.

 

Snack Shack – The club has sent a letter to Heidelberger about the title for the snack shack. We still have not received the title and sent a letter to have information by the 15th of this month or the club would consider the snack shack a donation.

 

New Business

Radar Runs – The dates for this winters radar runs are January 26th and February 9th.  Rudy has the signup sheets for anyone that would like to help, please give him a call.

 

New Membership - We were wondering if anyone had any ideas about how to get new members. If you do we would like to hear your ideas. Please contact one of the officers or board members and let them know your ideas. In the mean time we have a contest going for new members. Whoever gets the most new members by the January 8th meeting will win a free jacket with the club logo on it. When you hand out new member signup sheets, put your name on them. Josh has new membership forms at NAPA.

Trail Committee – The club has received our first Grant-In-Aid check. We started with $6,000 and our first check was for $4715.14. Thank you to all that have been doing all this work for the club to have this opportunity.

Board Meeting/General Meeting: Dec. 4th; Board meets @ 6 p.m. and General @ 7 p.m. Pine City Legion.

December Ride: Dec. 8th; Nemadji; Meet @ Banning Junction 7 a.m. for breakfast; 8 a.m. for ride. Please contact Mike @ 651-771-1859 so he can get an idea of how many are going to be going.
